Forrest Gangel was born and raised in southeast Alaska. He was taught how to hunt by his father. At the age of seven, he took his first two deer and has not stopped hunting since. His first experience as an assistant guide was in 2002 hunting for Dall sheep. He has hunted in Alaska for 37 years and has experience with a variety of big and small game animals. Forrest’s appreciation and passion for hunting and the outdoors continue to grow every year.
